Raised in Lincolnshire, born in Grimsby, I think Maritime runs in the blood. Living in Bristol.
The work is inspired by nature & people, dreams, environment; somewhere between the abstraction & the impression. The technique involves an ‘action’ style foundation, built upon with definite, determined layers of shape, line & colour. The intention being to create multilayers of depth, abstract focal points & overall an immersive form of artwork.
